Meet the Musicians:

Lynne Anstice Brown - Clarinet/Leader:


Lynne was born on Tyneside. She studied the clarinet at the Newcastle College of Arts & Technology. She has also studied privately with Jack Brymer.
Since moving to Somerset Lynne has enjoyed a busy
career with Trio con Brio which she formed in 1997. Lynne is also an accomplished saxophone and flute player which has made her a valuable musician on the musical theatre circuit. Lynne has also worked as session musician for ITV.
In her free time she enjoys driving her World War II Jeep around the Somerset countryside with her husband Sam who is also a musician.­

 

 



 

 



Jonathan Watts, Piano:

Jonathan was born in South Wales and studied music at the University College of Wales in Cardiff. He graduated with a B.Mus degree in 1980 followed by a Masters Degree in ‘Baroque Keyboard Techniques’ a year later. He then studied organ with James Dalton at Queens College Oxford.
Jonathan is equally at home giving organ recitals, playing harpsichord and accompanying instrumentalists and singers. He is often to be seen conducting musical theatre and is musical director for the Plymouth G&S Society.
Jonathan’s great loves in life are cooking and travelling.

 

 

Audrey Gullick, ‘Cello:



Audrey was born in Devon and started playing the Cello at the age of eight.
After studying at the Royal College of Music she has been principle cellist with Opera South West and a member of the Duchy Quartet alongside Trio con Brio. She has
recently recorded for the Channel Four series ‘Monet’s
Garden’.
Audrey is also a qualified massage and aromatherapist and has two grown-up children. She now lives in Taunton with husband Colin and Renfe the cat and Nelson the
greyhound.
